Dia dos Namorados - Valentine`s Day

Todos os anos, em 14 de fevereiro, muitas pessoas celebram este dia enviando mensagens de amor e carinho e trocam cartões, doces, presentes ou flores com o seu "valentim" especial.

Every year on 14th February many people celebrate this day by sending messages of love and affection and exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special "valentine".

Assim, em celebração da efemeridade o dia de São Valentim, as docentes de Inglês do terceiro e quarto anos, Carla Silva e Célia Guerreiro, propuseram aos alunos da Escola Básica nº 1 de Tavira, a troca de postais. Não esquecendo, Rocky, o nosso amiguinho e super-herói.

So, in celebration of the ephemerality of Valentine's Day, the English teachers of the third and fourth grades, Carla Silva and Célia Guerreiro, proposed to the students of the Primary School nº 1 of Tavira, the exchange of postcards. Not forgetting, Rocky, our little friend and superhero, Rocky.

Através da escrita de postais, todos os alunos, tiveram a oportunidade, de redigir e expressar os seus sentimentos, para quem eles queriam. No final, cada aluno teve a possibilidade de entregar e colocar o seu postal na caixa de correio, que se encontrava na biblioteca.

Through writing postcards, all students had the opportunity to write and express their feelings, to whom they wanted. In the end, each student was able to deliver and put their postcard in the mailbox, which was in the library.
